For New Jersey mosques

Join the MasjidHQ pilot

We’re inviting a small group of New Jersey mosques to use MasjidHQ with us, give honest feedback, and help shape what we build. First pilots begin in November 2026.

Or email hello@masjidhq.net. We reply within two business days.

What your mosque gets

  • MasjidHQ with no MasjidHQ fee during the pilot. Stripe’s processing fees apply.
  • Help with setup, including your Stripe account, your funds, and importing your donor list.
  • A short training for your treasurer and volunteers.
  • A 20-minute check-in every week.
  • A direct line to the people who build MasjidHQ.
  • A real say in what we build next.

MasjidHQ is in its pilot, and some features arrive during the pilot. Before your mosque commits, we’ll show you what’s ready.

What we ask of your mosque

  • A treasurer or finance volunteer who will use MasjidHQ each week.
  • Someone who can commit your mosque, such as the president or a board member.
  • A Stripe account in your mosque’s name. You’ll need your mosque’s EIN, its bank account, and a person your board authorizes to sign.
  • A few documents for the fit check: your list of funds, a sample receipt, and a donor export, with names removed if you prefer.
  • Honest feedback, including what doesn’t work.

Our five promises

  • Donations go straight to your mosque’s own Stripe account. MasjidHQ never holds your money.
  • No MasjidHQ fee during the pilot. Stripe’s processing fees apply.
  • You can export all your data at any time.
  • Month-to-month terms, with no long contract.
  • We’ll sign a pilot agreement with you before go-live.

How the pilot works

  1. A first conversation

A 30-minute call with you, and a separate one with your treasurer or office admin, about how your mosque handles giving today.

  2. A fit check

You share your list of funds, a sample receipt, and a donor export. We tell you honestly whether MasjidHQ fits your mosque now.

  3. Your decision

Your mosque decides whether to join and tells us in writing.

  4. Agreement and setup

We sign the pilot agreement together. Then we set up your Stripe account and funds, your treasurer approves the receipt wording, and we import your donors.

  5. Go-live

Your giving page goes live, and we give your team a short training.

  6. Weekly check-ins

Every week, a 20-minute check-in to fix problems and plan what’s next.

Is the pilot right for your mosque?

A good fit

  • Your mosque receives gifts in several ways, such as online, cash, checks, and Zelle.
  • A treasurer or volunteer keeps the records, often in spreadsheets.
  • Your board wants clear numbers it can check.
  • Your mosque is in New Jersey.

Probably not a fit

  • You need giving kiosks, text-message giving, or volunteer scheduling. MasjidHQ doesn’t offer these. If you use kiosks today, you can keep them alongside MasjidHQ.
  • Your mosque is outside New Jersey. We’re starting with New Jersey mosques.
  • No one at your mosque has time for MasjidHQ each week during the pilot.

Pilot questions

How long is the pilot?

We agree on the length with your board before the pilot starts, and it’s written into the pilot agreement.

What happens after the pilot?

Before the pilot ends, we’ll talk with your board about what comes next. Terms are month-to-month, and you can export all your data at any time, whatever you decide.

Who is behind MasjidHQ?

A small team based in New Jersey. Meet the team on our About page.

Will our current giving methods keep working?

Yes. MasjidHQ runs alongside what you use today, and you move over only when you’re ready.
